Managing Director

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew leads Level 1 Raised Flooring with a focus on reliability, technical precision and long-term client relationships.
He works closely with main contractors, fit-out specialists and project teams on CAT A and CAT B raised access flooring projects, remaining involved from early discussions through to final handover. His hands-on approach ensures every installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Daniel Rowe

Commercial Manager

Daniel oversees pricing, cost control and commercial management across all raised flooring packages. With a background in construction management and quantity surveying, he works closely with contractors and clients to maintain clarity, transparency and programme alignment throughout each project.

Jane Anderson

Business Support & Operations Manager

Jane coordinates operational delivery, supporting communication between site teams, suppliers and clients. Her organisation and attention to detail help ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Emerson Hincu

Senior Supervisor

Emerson plays a key role in overseeing on-site raised access flooring installations. As Senior Supervisor, he ensures works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with project specifications.<br>
He is currently progressing through his CITB SSSTS certification, reinforcing his commitment to health & safety and professional development. Emerson supports the delivery of CAT A and CAT B projects across London, helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Sam Hussein

Buyer & Administrative Support

Sam supports the team across procurement and administration, helping ensure materials, systems and components are sourced efficiently and delivered on time.
By working closely with suppliers and site teams, Sam helps maintain smooth project flow and cost control. Recently spending time on site to gain hands-on project insight, Sam contributes to strengthening coordination between office and installation teams.
